The Homecoming Dance is Saturday night at 6 PM. Tickets are available in the cafe at lunches and from Mrs. Mariani in the main office after school. Cost is $10 and if you are bringing an outside guest you need a form signed by their school. This form is due Friday.
SSVT is collecting items for the area's homeless prior to winter. Please donate hats, lightly worn coats and clothes, and personal care items such as deodorants, toothbrushes, and toothpaste to the bin in the front lobby.
The first Prom Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, October 6th immediately after school in room 113. Any junior or senior interested in joining is welcome to attend.

The soccer team rallied back twice from 2 goal deficits to earn a hard fought 4-4 tie with Norfolk Aggie on Friday. Jeromy Andrade scored twice with Jared Terra and Trevor Simmons adding the other goals. The team will play on Wednesday at home against Old Colony.
The varsity football team lost to Old Colony 27-6 on Saturday. Chris Campbell threw a 5 yard touchdown pass to John DeCarli for the Vikings’ score. The team will return home Saturday for its annual homecoming game at 11 AM against Cape Cod Tech.
The varsity and JV1 volleyball teams will host Blue Hills this afternoon at 3:30 and 5.
The JV2 volleyball team will travel to Blue Hills this afternoon for a 3:30 game. Dismissal at 2, bus at 2:10.
The JV football team will host Old Colony this afternoon at 3:30.
