The Vikings Baseball Team ( 3-1 ) earned the victory in Hanover by the score of 10-0. Leading the way was Freshman Tyrin MacDonald, who pitched a no-hitter in going the distance in the abbreviated game, striking out 9 batters. Leading the hitting attack was Tommy Jenkins with 5 hits, including a triple. Tyler Holmes with 4 hits and Jake Googins with 3 hits.
The varsity boys lacrosse team improved to 6-0 on the season with a 16-6 win over Southeastern. Harry Moore led the team with 6 goals and Brady Cook added 4. Todd Egan played a solid game in the midfield and added 2 goals. Strong performances by Brady Hofeman and Tanner Graden led the defense.
The boys JV baseball team beat Avon yesterday 12-0 at Sylvester Field. Cam Gregor, Jeremy Jackson, Joe Laflamme, Jackson Ahr, and Nick Martel tallied RBIs for the Vikings. On the mound, Jeremy Jackson, Nick Martel, and Nick Gilcoine combined for 9 strikeouts. Boys JV plays today at home against Norfolk Aggie at 3:30pm.
The varsity softball team lost to Bristol Aggie yesterday.. Lexi Mitsiopoulos, Grace McCarthy, Avery Cina, and Tianna MacDonald all had a hit for the Vikings.
JV softball lost their season opener. Lilly Grabowski pitched a great game in her 1st game with 3 K’s. Allison Jacobson, Lindsay Lincoln, and Tori Chasko played well for the Vikings.
The Girls Varsity Lacrosse team defeated Southeastern 15-4. Sofia Grasso, Sophie Bovill, and Bella Humphreys led the scoring for the Vikings. Ava Miller added two goals and played very well in the midfield. Overall, it was a great team win.

National Make Lunch Count Day. Do you like to eat? I know I do. Lunch is often a pushed off dining delight that falls somewhere between breakfast and dinner. Often not given its true props today we lift our heads and our hands to our mouths and consume our lunch recognizing just how tasty lunch can be.
