Consider running for Student Council. Pick up your running forms from Mr. Fallano in room 205 before and after school. Completed Forms are due Thursday May 11th
BPA
The Birds back in Town... BPA flocking begins on May 8th. Order your Flamingos to be sent to your Favorite Teacher. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. See any member of BPA or Mr. Zavatsky in CIT.
PROM
All paperwork for the prom is due into Mrs. Bateman or Ms. Glass by the close of school today. If you are unsure if your paperwork is up-to-date please check your school email. No Exceptions!
All students wishing to be dismissed for prom after 11 AM tomorrow should turn in notes to the box in Mr.Aubrey's office. We will be dismissing seniors at 11 AM followed immediately be other students attending.
ATHLETICS
The varsity boys lacrosse team survived a rally by Southeastern and pulled out an 8-7 win in overtime yesterday. Goalie Tom Czarowicz was excellent in net, making 15 saves. The team will host Bishop Connolly this afternoon at 3:30.
The JV boys lacrosse team played a strong second half after falling behind 2-0 at halftime and defeated Southeastern 8-3 yesterday. Josh Carignan, Leo Johnson, and Mike LoPorto all scored their first goals of the season.
The girls lacrosse team will travel to take on Sacred Heart this afternoon at 3:30. Dismissal at 2:05, bus at 2:15.
The varsity baseball team will travel to take on Tri-County this afternoon at 3:30. Dismissal at 1:40, bus at 1:50.
The JV baseball team will host Tri-County this afternoon at 3:30.
Dr. Stanley, our school doctor, will be at the school on May 24 to perform sports physicals for any student that needs one. These are provided free of charge and it is a great opportunity to make sure your physical is up to date for next year. If you are interested please sign up in the nurse’s office by May 22.
