Do you have a teacher that has gone above and beyond for you? Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up. Look for an email from Mr. Fallano with details on how you can let those educators know you appreciate them. The Last Day is Wednesday!
Due to Prom and the lack of athletic contests, there will be no late bus runs on Friday, May 5th. The 2:35 bus will be the last bus leaving school on that day.
Clubs & Sports:
The varsity boys lacrosse team defeated Westport 16-3. Todd Egan led the Vikings with 6 goals and 3 assists. Ethan Mayo and Ben Tondorf combined for 5 goals and 6 assists.
The Vikings baseball team improved to 9-1 on the season with a road win against Hull. Pitching well and getting the victory was Tommy Jenkins, who also led the offense with 4 hits ( double, triple ). Also contributing to a team-high 20 hits, with 3 hits apiece was Riley Siereveld and Jake McAleer ( 2 triples ).
The Girls Varsity Lacrosse team defeated Southeastern 12-3. Lily Berquist and Sofia Grasso led the team in scoring with 4 goals each. Kayla Nota and Peyton Mathisen played well in the midfield. A strong defensive effort was led by Kaylin Hicks. She had 8 saves in net. The girls play Bristol Plymouth at home tomorrow at 3:30 pm.
