Clubs & Sports:
Anyone interested in joining the track team there will be a meeting today at 200 in the gym
Anyone interested in joining the Boys' Lacrosse team there will be a meeting Thursday at 2 in the gym
There will be a meeting for members of SADD on Thursday, 2/9 in room 122 during 9th period.
On 1/28 the wrestling team competed at the Vo Tech State Tournament. The team finished 12th as a team. Steven Grissom took 6th and Jason Comeau took 5th. Ethan Mayo won the Vo Tech State title becoming only the 3rd South Shore Tech wrestler to achieve this feat. The team will be hosting Bridgewater Raynham on Wednesday for our last dual meet of the season and for our Senior Night. The Senior Night Ceremony will start at 6:30pm and wrestling will start at 7pm. Come cheer on the Vikings!
South Shore Tech Girls JV earned the win over visiting Norfolk aggie 37 to 28. Kaylin Hicks controlled the offense and chipped in with 10 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists 6 steals. Kelcey Dean set the tone in the first quarter with 8 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals. Ayanna Cullinan sealed the victory with 6 points in the last 4 min.
Girls varsity basketball defeated Norfolk Aggie 71-30. Rose Earner led with 18 points. Mia Bradshaw added 17 points. Mari Demaggio scored 7 in a great team win. Girls moved to 14-2 on the season.
Boys Varsity basketball lost to Calvary Chapel 63-51. Leading the Vikings was Jesse Lyons with 23 points. Brandon LaFleur had 22 points.
