Do you have someone that you appreciate? Looking for a way you can show that person you care? Student Council will be selling Valentine’s Day messages with chocolates or bears at lunches for delivery this upcoming Valentine’s Day. 


Clubs & Sports:

Rockland/South Shore Tech Swim team visited Randolph High on Friday 1/27 and won both the boys' and girls' meets. Many best times swam during the meet including Senior Capt Jess Glennon qualifying for the South Sectional Championships in the 200 Individual Medley.  In the 200 free Lucas Winn dropped 18 seconds. Maxx Thibeau dropped 4 seconds in the 100 fly. Lilly Affsa dropped 10 seconds in the 100 free. The 500 free had Antonio Ventresca beating his time by -31secs. The 100 back best times for Aimee Duncan (-.7), and David Nourse (1st time this season). Kyleigh Spano dropped 9 seconds in the 100 breast. Celia Killion, Liam Bunszel, Lilianna Destefano, and Lucas Spano swam close to their times and we all had fun.  Final Scores:    Girls  Rockland/SST 60 Randolph 38     Boys: Rockland/SST 60, Randolph 6  

Congratulations Rockland/South Shore Tech!! You make us proud!! Our final meet of the season will be on Saturday, Feb 4 in the South Shore League All-League meet at Middleboro.


The hockey team lost to Cohasset / Hull 6 - 4. Jacob McAleer scored two goals and single goals by Jack Shanteler and DJ DeCoste. Connor Paquette had a strong game in the net.


Freshmen boys basketball lost another nail-biter against Old Colony Friday 31-28. The team came all the way back from an 18-7 halftime deficit with the aid of Aidan Antonetti’s 9 points


There will be a meeting for anyone interested in playing softball next Wednesday, February 1st,  in the gym at 1:45


Girls basketball defeated Old Colony 41-35. Mia Bradshaw had a team-high 16 points. Rose Earner added 11 points. Girls are now 11-2 on the season.


CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SOUTH SHORE ROBOTICS TEAM FOR PLACING 15TH AND 19TH AT THEIR ROBOTICS COMPETITION YESTERDAY. The team pulled together after an unexpected hiccup and they showed great leadership, cooperation, and communication skills. Great job Vikings!
