From the desk of Mr. Aubrey:

I have been covering a large number of classes over the past week and a half and I am frustrated with the number of students who are coming into school with uncharged Chromebooks.  Students should bring their Chromebooks to school fully charged every day they need them including when they have guidance classes. Students who bring uncharged Chromebooks into their classes are unprepared to learn. I believe this is the same as not bringing a textbook or pen to class. A teacher has the right to assign detention hours for being unprepared for class.

Clubs & Sports:

The JV2 Girl's Volleyball Team fought to the end against a solid Abington team.  Confident back-row play from Fenway Valiente, Chloe Mason, and Leo Terone helped set up the offense.  After falling in the first game, the Vikings worked for every point in a 'come-from-behind win in the second game.  Aggressive saves from Victoria Pattison, Kara Mitchell, and Grace St. Jean, and 2 final aces at the service line from Fenway Valiente sealed the win.  Abington's serving proved to be too much in the third and the Vikings dropped the final game.  The Freshmen play away, at Old Colony, today at 4:30 pm.
