Sports Announcements 1/30/20
1. The varsity boy's basketball team defeated Norfolk Aggie to improve to 8-4 on the season. Leading the Vikings was Matt Veiga with 17 points. Jerome Overstreet had 12 points and Evan Ochenduszko added 11. They travel to play Old Colony Friday night at 630PM.
2. The JV boy's basketball team team defeated Norfolk Aggie to improve to 10-1 on the season. Leading the team was Lucas Evans with 13 points. Zach Morgan and Ashton Gabler each chipped in with 8.
3. The freshman boy's basketball team defeated Braintree 61-58. Leading the Vikings was Brandon Lafluer with 15 points. Lucas Jones added 9.
4. The varsity girl's basketball team defeated Norfolk Aggie 36-14. Ellery Campbell had a game high 14 points with 11 rebounds and Brianna Ruffin added 8 points with 10 rebounds. Jackie Halpin set the tone defensively and also chipped in 5 points.
5. The JV1 girl's basketball team defeated Norfolk Aggie 45-21. Leading the way was Ayla Ludlow with 12 points. Avery Cina and Mandy Howe combined for 14 points, and Megan Sheehan added 5 assists. Zoey Bradshaw and Evelyn McCann played well defensively.
