BPA
Please announce that BPA flocking is currently taking place through May 25th.  Anyone can send a flock of flamingos to any teacher.  All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.  See any member of BPA or Mr. Zavatsky in CIT.

Today’s Announcements:

  1. The shorthanded girls lacrosse team hung tough in the heat yesterday and set a season-high for goals scored.  Gianna Cook scored twice and Nicole Perry, Adriana Reis, and Cyairra Lowe each scored as well.  Britney Pappaceno, Alexis Burke, and Samantha Lantz each picked up assists.  Samantha’s assist was the first of her career!  The team will practice from 2:30-4 this afternoon and 8-10 tomorrow morning.
  1. The softball team will celebrate Senior Day this afternoon with a doubleheader against Blue Hills starting at 3.  The team will be dismissed at 2:10.  Come out and cheer on the team in senior Cassidy Burt’s final home games as a Viking!
 
  1. The varsity baseball team will host Blue Hills this afternoon at 3:30.
  1. The varsity and JV boys lacrosse teams will travel to take on Blue Hills this afternoon.  The varsity will play at 3:30 with JV to follow at 5.  Dismissal at 2:00, bus at 2:10.

  1. A reminder that Dr. Stanley, our school doctor, will be at the school next Wednesday to perform sports physicals for any student that needs one.  These are provided free of charge and it is a great opportunity to make sure your physical is up to date for next year.  If you are interested please sign up in the nurse’s office by Monday.
