Hey SSVT, Do you have someone that you appreciate?  Looking for a way to show that person you care?  Student Council will be selling carnations and chocolates for delivery this upcoming Valentine’s Day.   Look for the student council sales table at your lunches.

Thursday from 5:00-8:00pm Parent/Teacher Conference Night.

Today’s Announcements:

  1. The varsity boys basketball team had a big 56-54 win over Upper Cape on Friday night.  Robbie Cleaves scored 15 and Kevin Donnellan added 14 to lead a strong team effort.  The team will host another big matchup on Wednesday against Old Colony at 6:30.
  1. The boys freshmen basketball team improved to 7-1 with a 48-34 win over Upper Cape on Friday.  Kyle Schlieff had 14 and Christian Burke, Kyle Stec, and Brian McClain each added 7.
  1. Congratulations to Matt Ryan of the wrestling team, who finished 4th overall in his weight class at the State Vocational championships on Saturday.  Mike LoPorto also had a strong showing.  It was a good effort by the entire team, who finished the day 14th overall.
  1. There will be a meeting for all girls interested in playing softball in the spring tomorrow at 2:30 in room 206.
  1. There will be a meeting for all boys interested in playing baseball in the spring tomorrow at 2:30 in the lecture hall.
  1. Thanks to everyone who came out to support the VAA’s meat raffle on Friday night.  It was a fun and successful evening!
