If you would like to order a yearbook with personalized namestamping on the cover it needs to be ordered by this Friday, January 20th. The cost is an additional $7.00.
BPA meets TODAY after school at 2:30 in CIT.
Hey SSVT, Do you have someone that you appreciate? Looking for a way to show that person you care? Student Council will be selling carnations and chocolates for delivery this upcoming Valentine’s Day. Look for the student council sales table at your lunches.
Fun Friday this week will be Patriots' Day! Wear your Patriot gear.
SSVT Daily Sports Announcements
- The freshmen basketball team improved to 6-0 with a 47-43 win over Blue Hills yesterday. Kyle Schlieff, Kyle Stec, and Sean McGuirk each scored 11 points. The team will host Southeastern tomorrow at 3:30.
- The hockey team found its offense last night in a convincing 7-2 win over Sacred Heart. Ross Casey led the scoring with 2 goals. Also contributing were Declan MacMaster with a goal and an assist, Derek Delprete with a goal and 2 assists, George Cook with a goal and an assist, and Cole Hoadley with a goal and an assist. John Keaveney also added a goal and Paul Donahue recorded 3 assists. Jack Perkins picked up the win in net. The team will travel to Tri-County Saturday night.
- The varsity girls basketball team played their best first half of the year, but Blue Hills was able to pull away in the second half for a 55-31 win. Becca Cooke and Jade Watts played well, combining for 17 points. Rory Sneyd also played well with 7 points and 8 rebounds. The team will travel to Southeastern tomorrow.
- The JV girls basketball team lost to Blue Hills yesterday afternoon. Hayley Brousseau played well for the Vikings.
- The wrestling team lost to Tri-County last night.
