Clubs & Sports:

After a brief hiatus, Dungeons and Dragons will be meeting again in room 204 on Thursdays after school.  Please contact Mr. Stevens if you have any questions.

 

There will be a meeting for members of SADD in Room 122 this Thursday, 10/27 during 9th period. All are welcome! Please reach out to Mr. Braga or Mrs. Craig if you have any questions.

 

The swim meeting with the coach has been rescheduled for Friday afternoon, 10/28, at 2PM in the gym.

 

The JV1 Girls' Volleyball Team defeated Abington 2-0, behind the serving of Brooke Morris, who had 9, and Sophia Grasso and Abby Cary, who each had 6.  Lily Grabowski played strong at the net with 4 hits and 5 blocks.  The Vikings play against Blue Hills today at home at 3:30 pm.

 

The JV2 Girls' Volleyball Team rallied multiple times in their match against Abington, but came up short, losing 0-2.  Backrow passing from Fenway Valiente, Leo Terone and Chloe Mason helped set up the middle attack with Laci Shirriff and Kara Mitchell tallying 6 kills each.  Maeghan Hallisey added 8 assists.  The Vikings play away at Blue Hills today at 3:30 pm.

 

The varsity volleyball team lost a tough 3-1 match against Abington Wednesday night.  They are now 16-3 this season. Gemma Geisler had 10 kills and came up with some great defensive plays. Hannah Nota had 7 kills and Abby Pattison, Lily Berquist, and Anna Graham added another 2 kills apiece. Alli Traynor served 15/15 and Julia Da Silva served 16/17 with 3 aces.  The girls take on Blue Hills tonight at home for their last regular season game.

 

The Varsity Girls' Soccer team beat South Shore Christian Academy yesterday. Kayla Nota scored two goals for the Vikings and Lianna Newell added one. Jill Geswell and Maya Crawford were animals on the defensive end. They play at Holbrook today at 5pm.
