Ashley Tropea, our athletic trainer, will be holding preseason workouts for softball and baseball players in the gym.  They will take place tonight and tomorrow night from 6-7:30.  They will be held Tuesday and Thursday the next two weeks.  The focus of these workouts will be arm and shoulder injury prevention.  Students will be responsible to get themselves to and from the workouts.

The Winter Sports Awards Night will be held 2 weeks from tonight, March 15, at 6 PM in the gym.  All winter athletes and their families are invited.

The countdown to spring sports has begun!  Practices and tryouts begin in less than 3 weeks.  Any students interested in playing a sport need to sign-up on the school website.  The sign up link is located on the athletics page.  If you already signed up for a spring sport when registering for fall or winter you do not need to do it again.  Athletes also need to make sure their physicals are up-to-date in the nurse’s office and complete the concussion test and Impact testing if they haven’t played a sport previously this year.

The 4 PM bus will be the last bus leaving school today. There will be no late buses tomorrow!
